Goal
Devise a program identity that supports Marquee‘s stable of existing shows while also enhancing the innovative format of Road to Wrigley. (And complete it in one work day).

Implementation
The Cubs may wear red, white, and blue, but ivy green and vintage gold dominate Wrigley Field’s fan experience. This identity celebrates the road as a metaphor for the focus and determination required to reach the big leagues and its greatest venue.

In one of the two lockup options, the gold center lines quite literally lead to “Wrigley” while offering a container shape for the title letterforms.

Both typefaces are loans from the official Chicago Cubs and Wrigley Field style guide.

*As much as I would like to take credit for the hero animation, I offer my thanks to Joe Grochocki for showing me the ropes and making the identity television-ready.
