Description
In the heart of Los Angeles, the neighborhood’s best trot onto the pitch clad in navy and orange with a shared pride for its gathering place, Larchmont Blvd. looking north toward the famous Hollywood sign.
Goal
Design a soccer team crest that captures the friendly yet competitive spirit of the 30- to 50-year-old men who represent a small-town neighborhood amid a bustling Los Angeles.
Implementation
A roundel crest design that bridges international football with American sensibility, a custom art-deco word mark, accompanying uniform number glyphs, and down-the-line art direction make for a strong but familiar brand.
